At the age of 11, the loss of his father forced him to grow up early and earn his own way in life, leading him to make a decision that would stay with him forever: to move forward and build his own future.
His first steps were as a bell boy at a five-star hotel in Córdoba. There, he discovered his vocation for service, the importance of being attentive and taking care of every detail, and the significance of making every guest feel truly welcome. Over time, he continued to grow within the tourism industry, always guided by one clear idea: to keep growing.
At 25, he founded RolSol Tourism Wholesaler, stepping to the other side of the counter and understanding tourism through real experience and close personal connection. To sustain that growth, he trained as an accountant, adding planning and professionalism to his vision.
In 2016, Soler Hotels began with the opening of its first apart hotel in Marcos Juárez, Córdoba. Since then, the chain has expanded to Villa Carlos Paz, Ushuaia, Bariloche, Mendoza, Salta, and El Calafate.
