Gastronomy that makes you fall in love

Discover Cuyo gastronomy at its finest.

Mendoza isn't just a sight to behold: it's also a taste to behold. Its cuisine reflects the soul of the Cuyo region, combining traditional recipes, local produce, and internationally recognized signature dishes. From empanadas baked in a clay oven to humitas (a traditional dish of stew), locro (a stew of stewed meats), and mountain stews. Patagonian lamb, slow-roasted and paired with high-altitude wines, is one of the most representative icons of the region's cuisine. Also, noteworthy are its aged meats, mountain trout, goat cheeses, organic vegetables, and artisanal sweets such as figs in syrup or grape syrup. Mendoza's wineries invite you to experience unique experiences: lunches among the vineyards, candlelit dinners, guided wine pairings, gourmet picnics, and offerings that combine scenery, cuisine, and excitement. With Soler Hoteles, you're steps away from the main culinary and wine tourism circuits. Combine relaxation, good food, and memorable getaways in a setting that has it all. Book your stay and discover the most delicious side of every getaway.
